What, Why, How
What |
The Seismic Interpretation Module provides volume based interpretation tools inside a visualization environment, supporting 3D seismic data interpretation, seismic attributes computation and classification and automatic fault and horizon picking. |
Why |
Volume interpretation is the most efficient interpretation methodology. This methodology is further enhanced with interpretation and modeling sharing the same decision process. Quick prospect evaluation is accomplished using the volume interpretation, structural workflow and scenarios management tools within this module. |
How |
In-house or third party data can be imported into the Seismic Interpretation environment where it can be viewed, edited and interpreted in detail using multi-rendered properties on multiprobes, on the unique slicer/dicer, or on fences, maps and sections. Users can interpret horizons by digitizing or by creating initial seeds within the probes for autopicking. The autopicker ensures that all picked horizons are controlled by, and honor, the fault network. Prospect maps can be generated from picking uncertainty and interpretation scenarios. |
